Please don’t get alarmed or call the authorities if I stop sending map updates. It’s possible I forgot or got distracted, lost my satellite phone, or that my satellite phone died. I have an emergency plan in place with my parents for calling for help.

How does the interactive map work?
I send my coordinates to my brother’s phone using my satellite phone, a Garmin InReach Mini. He has a script that automatically adds a pin to the map. This means I can send updates even without cell service!
